Project Management is critical to the successful delivery of a project and at Approve Network Installations LTD our Project Managers have the knowledge and experience to ensure that projects are completed within defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints.

Working to an industry recognized methodology our Project Managers will define, plan, implement and handover the project, ensuring all objectives have been achieved.
Our responsibilities include;

Working closely with stakeholders, clients and technical architects to establish the objectives and the complexities of delivering the proposed solutions.

Producing detailed project plans, finance plans, method statements, risk assessments and health and safety documentation.

Managing risk, budget, organizing the procurement of all materials, employing and managing subcontractors and utilizing internal labour resources.

Tracking and reporting progress.

Identifying, managing and controlling change.

Managing the installation of LAN/ WAN solutions including wireless, VOIP and structured cabling systems.

Producing and completing documentation including; schematic diagrams, asset registers, patching records, copper and fibre optic test results and warranty certificates.

Negotiating and setting up service contracts and associated SLA’s.
